In a joint collaboration between Ufone, Unilever, Radio FM 91, ARY Musik, Orient Advertising and United Media, Nokia Mobile Phone Recycling Campaign was rolled-out in Pakistan in April 2011. Making mobile phone recycling easy and rewarding at the same time, Nokia Recycling bins were made easily accessible at all Nokia Care Centres and Ufone Sales & Service Centres throughout Pakistan.

Talking about the Nokia Recycling lucky draw, Reza Burney, Care Manager, Nokia Pakistan said, “My heartiest felicitations to the lucky draw winners. We are grateful to all those people who participated enthusiastically in Nokia Recycling Campaign and made a positive contribution to the environment. We received more than expected response from people all over Pakistan and we will continue to lead the environmental contribution to Pakistan as we do across the globe”.

The campaign has concluded but consumers using any mobile phone brand can continue to drop off their no longer needed mobile phones, accessories, batteries and chargers of any brand in recycling bins permanently available at any of the 14 Nokia Care Centres across Pakistan.
